This is the best Pharmacy in nyc. The staff are super nice, friendly yet professional. They are very all helpful and when in need of an emergency they arrange a Delivey right to your door. I would never used another pharmacy based on the friendliness and welcoming of the staff.

Thank you to these amazing workers. Despite fedex, who has no reason to be having problems with all of its workers infrastructure and money, AHF was able to help me no questions asked with fast turnaround. When I told fedex that my package, that they failed to deliver properly, was medicine that I was counting on the day it was supposed to be delivered, they simply said that there was nothing they could do. AHF refilled my prescription and helped me feel heard immediately. Thank you Xavier and AHF

Consistently I have received excellent service from the staff at AHF Pharmacy Midtown Manhattan. I receive my refills by FedEx delivery, and having recently moved, had an issue with FedEx, which notified me that my package could not be delivered and was returned to sender. Calling the AHF Pharmacy in Manhattan, I spoke with Marla, who was very helpful in quickly getting to the bottom of the issue, and indeed, my refills were delivered to my new residence today, as scheduled. Marla took the time to listen to me as I provided her with the details of the several and contradictory FedEx notifications I received. Listening is key to exemplary customer service, and though this particular pharmacy handles a high volume of prescriptions, I am happy to say Marla is a great addition to its team and I appreciate her follow through.

This pharmacy is great! I had a prescription stolen from my apartment and they went above and beyond to help me get a new prescription filled and gave me assistance in the meantime. They are personable and welcoming. They even offer me something to drink if I come before my prescription is filled. They also seem to be having a great time at work which makes me feel comfortable and safe in their space.

The pharmacist is a young lady with skills and diplomacy to get even the impossible to be possible from the usually Nasty Health insurance Companies of New York State _ all the pharmacy staff are very friendly & the available doctors at the HiV clinic of Dr. Rick Hsu & Dr. Eric Leach, all on the 12th floor ( HIV Clinic _ HIV Case Management & the AHF Pharmacy ) : The name for the Clinic & Pharmacy is under the AHF International HiV / AIDS Foundation, but the medical care of Dr. Rick Hsu & Dr. Eric Leach remain the best to our NYC LGBT communities just like it has been for decades.
